Product(s) purchased from https://sneakertech.co.za/ must be returned in an unused and resaleable condition to receive a refund. All product(s) returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.

 

We kindly ask that you please email info@sneakertech.co.za to describe the reason for the return. When returns are being made, please include a copy of your receipt/invoice. Once a refund is approved, a refund will be issued in the original form in which payment was made.

 

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for the original shipping costs and all returns of products must be shipped in a secure package through an insured traceable mail.
